Rosemary Butternut Squash Image


1-2 TBSP Squizito Rosemary Olive Oil

6 small green onions

1 Butternut Squash

1 sprig of fresh rosemary


1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2.Peel butternut squash and cut into half inch cubes. Slice green onions and set dark green tops aside for garnish. Pick rosemary off stem and finely chop.

3.Toss all ingredients together with olive oil and salt/pepper.

4.Spread on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through. Garnish with green onion and serve
