Roasted Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Apples

Ingredients:
Directions:
Optional-peel apples
In large bowl place cubed/slice apple (cubed apples cook faster) and balsamic vinegar and butter Oil.  Mix with hands to evenly coat apples.  Place in baking pan and bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until desired tenderness.
(I like mine a little crunchy, so I stop at 30 minutes).
