2 Sweet potatoes cut in 8 wedges each
2 TBSP Squizito spicy oil (Cayenne, Chipotle, or Green Chili)
1 TBSP Chili powder
1 TBSP Dried Thyme
salt & pepper
Ranch Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise (vegan-vegannaise)
2 TSP fresh lemon juice
1/2 TSP garlic powder
1/2 TSP salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In large bowl, toss potato wedges in olive oil, chili powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
Spread on baking sheet covered in parchment paper in single layer.
Bake 10-15 minutes until edges are crispy and brown.
For Ranch Dipping Sauce simply stir ingredients until well mixed.
